TRUSTED BY THE ORCHARD PARK VOTERS IN FOUR ELECTIONS

In the last election for town supervisor (2021), the margin of VICTORY for the Town Supervisor race was the LARGEST in 24 years; delivering historic results!

Thank you, Orchard Park!

It has been my honor and pleasure to serve the residents of Orchard Park–first as your Councilman and now as your Supervisor.

I am asking you for your vote in the Republican Primary on June 24, 2025.

Please come out and vote. I need your support again at this critical time!

Thank you!

My Platform

    • Fiscal Responsibility/lean budgets and cost control. Government and its citizens must practice fiscal and monetary responsibility.
    • Since being the Town Supervisor, Gene has been under the tax cap for all of his budgets.
    • Infrastructure: Gene believes that our waterlines, bridges, and roads are vital to our community. Being a civil engineer, he has the knowledge to help keep our community safe and up to code. Gene has extensive knowledge and depth of experience in road and bridge design, sanitary sewer and drainage systems, and stormwater treatment and filtration systems.
    • Public Safety: Gene is a strong supporter of the Orchard Park 911 program; he supports the Police Force and the Firemen. Keeping both services in Orchard Park is vital to the Orchard Park community.
    • Smart Controlled Growth: Gene believes in recognizing there is a rhythm and balance in community development. It is important to slow down if necessary to improve. Controlled growth provides the opportunity to build systematically. Gene has been part of major projects for the Town of Orchard Park since 2012. He believes decisions made today should be based on not only today but what those decisions will lead to five to ten years down the road.

Gene’s Focus: Programs That Matter

D.A.R.E. -- Drug Abuse Resistance Education

Gene has attended over 90% of the D.A.R.E. graduation programs since becoming the Orchard Park Town Supervisor.

The Orchard Park D.A.R.E. program began in 1993 and since then has graduated over 17,000 students. This program is taught to all 5th grade students, as well as those in the Orchard Park Middle school.

The vision statement of the D.A.R.E. program is “Teaching Students Decision Making for Safe and Healthy Living.”

Our D.A.R.E. program works with our students, teaching skills that can be used for the rest of their lives to help keep them safe and make responsible choices.

SRO School Resource Officer

Gene worked with Chief of Police Patrick Fitzgerald to put a School Resource Office in each of the assigned schools.

A School Resource Officer (SRO) in the Orchard Park School District is an Orchard Park Police Officer assigned to a particular school after completing the required hours of special training involving the laws on minors and their needs. The SRO acts as a deterrent to criminal behavior through positive interaction with students. The SRO would be the primary officer to respond to any incident on the school grounds or in the building and is able relay live information to the entire police department via radio faster than any other school staff could.

The concept of the SRO is to be an educator, a law enforcer, counselor, and emergency manager. One of the primary goals of the SRO in the Orchard Park School District is to provide the safest environment possible for Orchard Park students to learn.

Orchard Park currently has full-time School Resource Officers in the High School, Middle School, the Baker Road Educational Center, and each of the four elementary schools.

Orchard Park Police K-9 Program

After 19 years, the Orchard Park Police K-9 Program is again part of the Police Department. Officer Connor Nolte and K-9 Ross were sworn in on October 24, 2024. They are both truly important assets to the department and the community. It is an honor to have this team working for our community.

My greatest achievement has been my family, I am most thankful for them.

I am a proud husband, a proud father to our three wonderful children, and a very proud papa to our two adorable, precious granddaughters.

Endorsements

During my political career, I have had the honor of being endorsed by numerous officials, unions, and other civic organizations. These include:

  • Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA)
  • Police Benevolent Association (PBA)
  • Command Officers Association (COA)

Working closely with these organizations has made me a better leader and has helped make Orchard Park a better place to live, work, worship, and play.

I believe in Peace through Strength because strength deters aggression. I believe that being a good neighbor through compassionate action at the personal, family, faith, and community level, remains the cornerstone of our nation’s foundation.
I Believe in God, Family, Country, and our Community.

GOD BLESS AMERICA
